Play a key role in advancing IoT and edge processing, with your unique perspectives valued and welcomedKey responsibilities in your new roleOwn MCU product and technology and IP roadmapsDevelop and drive differentiated MCU product portfolioDeliver business plans with target markets, customers, applications, partners and relevant go-to-market strategies to deploy MCU-based solutions that matter for problems that matterDefine and drive development of whole hardware/software solutions that are easy to use and leverage scalable ecosystems to support product development and growth with target customers of any sizeTranslate customer needs into use case and technical requirements for R&DOwn and communicate a deep understanding of the markets, customers and technical requirements to drive commercial successCollaborate with sales, business development, engineering, project management and corporate marketing teams to guide product execution, priorities and deliveryDevelop and deliver marketing content including competitive positioning, product updates, sales trainings, webinars, whitepapers, etc.Drive cross business line and cross division cooperation and alignment, development and deployment.Work closely with global sales to engage customers and design in MCU-based ML solutionsPeriodic domestic and international travel required to our global sites and key customers in North America, Europe and AsiaYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeedSignificant experience (10+ years) in microcontroller or microprocessor product marketing or engineering role, or equivalent demonstrated expertiseExperience in IoT, Consumer, and ML-based applicationsProven track record of defining and delivering successful products to marketStrong focus on delivering results to planAbility to engage customers at executive and engineering levelsSolid understanding and proven track record of product marketing and product definition processesStrong knowledge of embedded systems, including software and toolsStrong understanding of market and competition for processors and connectivity solutionsExceptional communication and presentation skillsAbility to motivate and excite people and influence customers and internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, organized, with attention to detailDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred but not requiredWe welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiencesAdditional informationInfineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
