May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures. Benefits Health insurance starts on your first day of employment 401k with company match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Competitive wages Company paid uniforms Continued training through John Deere Advancement opportunities Employee discounts Responsibilities Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also pick-up new equipment from a John Deere factory Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed Maintains activity records and obtains necessary signatures and receipts Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy Accountable for all time and distance traveled in performing assigned duties May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products QualificationsExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge 1+ year of experience pulling a gooseneck, tilt, or utility trailer; experience as a semi-truck operator preferred 1+ year of experience using a low boy and wide load experience preferred Experience with the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in off road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required #J-18808-Ljbffr GreenMark Equipment
