Customer Service Representative (Sales) Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ 46,800.00 / annually
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Details:

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned customer base through phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Prepare customer quotes, process orders and returns, and follow up on outstanding quotes to support sales.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities for new business.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams on shipments, lead times, customer issues, and timely resolutions.
• Process credits, rebills, and customer account updates while maintaining accurate system information.

Customer Service Representative (Sales) Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales support or order management environment - manufacturing or distribution experience is required
• 2+ years of experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and work effectively with customers and internal teams.
