What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and restaurant leadership
• Help recruit, train, and coach a rockstar team of Team Members and shift leaders
• Be hands-on in the kitchen and dining room — setting the tone for service and food quality
• Lead shifts with confidence, keeping things smooth, safe, and Guest-focused
• Take ownership of key areas: scheduling, inventory, food safety, labor management, and more
• Jump in wherever needed — we're a team, and leadership means setting the pace
• Be a culture carrier — motivate, celebrate wins, and drive team engagement
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and brand execution

Who You Are:

• A natural leader with a heart for hospitality
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure
• Great communicator who can coach, mentor, and uplift your team
• Obsessed with delivering amazing Guest experiences
• Operationally savvy and comfortable managing labor, food costs, and other key metrics
• Hands-on and ready to hustle when things get busy
• Experience in restaurant leadership roles required (shift lead or higher)
• Eager to grow and take the next step toward General Management
