Yard Driver

Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Raymond, NH to hire experienced Yard Drivers. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced operation where safety, teamwork, and reliability are key to success. In this role, you will be responsible for moving trailers throughout the facility yard, ensuring equipment is safely positioned, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Position: Yard Driver (On Property) Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pay: $30.15 per hour Job Duties: • Safely operate yard tractors and tractor/trailer units within the facility grounds • Move trailers to and from dock doors and designated yard locations • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trailers and equipment • Verify trailers are properly secured and ready for loading or unloading • Maintain accurate logs, records, and required documentation • Utilize yard management systems, warehouse technology, and radio communication to coordinate trailer movement • Perform trailer inventory checks and monitor fuel levels • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times • Assist with additional yard and warehouse-related tasks as needed Qualifications: • Valid driver's license required • Minimum of 6 months of tractor/trailer driving experience • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or yard environment preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working nights, weekends, and overtime as needed Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb for extended periods • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Ability to climb stairs and ladders safely • Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 60 pounds • Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment Why Work Here? • Competitive pay • Consistent full-time schedule • Opportunity to work for one of the largest distribution operations in the area • Stable work environment with long-term career potential If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
