HVAC Alliance Expert is a fast-growing, young, diverse organization & we are hiring for our HVAC Sales team in Orange County, CA. This is the perfect role for any sales expert ready to grow their sales skills with provided training and support! Here at HVAC Alliance Expert, helping people is what we do best. Our HVAC Sales are the face and voice of the company. Our Mission is to disrupt the Home Services industry by being the most trusted and recognizable brand in the industry, as well as to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out and build relationships with homeowners to introduce our diverse home services
- Confidently explain and demonstrate the features, benefits and pricing of our products and services
- Provide accurate and quality warranty documents from Homeowners to ensure our Technicians have all the information to deliver a delightful and more than satisfied experience for our valued customers
- Provide accurate quotes to our valued customers regarding our core and value added services
- Work independently as needed and stay motivated to deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sales experience and field service experience in HVAC
- Current valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and can also be trusted to work independently
