Reconstruction Project ManagerA well-established property restoration company in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to run insurance rebuild jobs after water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm losses. Once mitigation is done, you'll own the project from scope and estimate through final walkthrough, leading carpenters and subcontractors, working with adjusters, and keeping every job on schedule and on budget. If you're an organized construction leader who knows how to deliver quality work and keep property owners informed, this is a long-term career move.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a pipeline of residential and commercial reconstruction projects from job start through final walkthrough, closeout, and collectionsWalk losses, build accurate scopes, and write or review Xactimate estimates, supplements, and change ordersWork with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and carriers to get scopes and estimates approved, and keep claims documentation completeSchedule and lead in-house carpenters and subcontractors, and hold them to quality, safety, and timeline standardsOwn job budgets, track costs against the estimate, and protect gross profit on every jobCoordinate material selections, ordering, deliveries, permits, and inspectionsCommunicate proactively with property owners, tenants, adjusters, and internal teams on schedule, scope, and selectionsWalk jobs regularly to check progress, quality, and code compliance, and keep photos and job files current (DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or similar)Work closely with mitigation and estimating teams for smooth handoffs and accurate scopesFollow OSHA and EPA lead-safe (RRP) safety and job standardsRequired Qualifications and Credentials3+ years of residential or commercial construction project management, reconstruction, or general contracting experience (insurance restoration experience preferred)Working knowledge of Xactimate and the insurance claims process, including scopes, supplements, and working with adjustersStrong understanding of building codes, permitting, and construction methods, and familiarity with Pacific Northwest (PNW) state contractor registration requirementsProven ability to manage budgets, job costing, and multiple active jobs at onceStrong communication and leadership skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office and job management softwareA valid driver's license is required; driving to job sites is an essential function of the role, and the driving record must meet company insurance requirements.EPA RRP Certified Renovator, OSHA 30, and IICRC certification (WRT, FSRT, or AMRT) a plusWhy Join$65,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience plus performance bonus.Company vehicle for work use (or mileage reimbursement, depending on location)Company offered benefits: standard package available.Paid certifications and trainingGrowth opportunity: future growth opportunities available.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
