Job Summary Position: Full‑time Hair Barber and Stylist Company: Floyds 99 Barbershop Location: Los Angeles, CA Salary: $30.25‑$70.25 per hour, including guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, retail incentives, tips, and bonuses. Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; peak periods require a busy schedule. Responsibilities Set up and prepare workstations before each shift. Greet clients and discuss hairstyle preferences. Perform haircuts and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction. Manage multiple clients simultaneously in a lively environment. Collaborate with teammates, share tips, and learn from one another. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Active California barber or cosmetology license. Strong customer‑service orientation and passion for bringing joy to clients. Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, reliability, and punctuality. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage time efficiently. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
