Leadership role with real authority and decision‑making power Strong support from experienced Program Coordinators and leadership Clear path to senior leadership advancement Structured systems that set you up for success Purpose‑driven work that truly changes lives What You’ll Do Program & Compliance Leadership Ensure full compliance with DDD, AHCCCS, and HCBS regulations Oversee incident reporting, health & safety standards, and documentation audits Maintain staffing ratios, MAR accuracy, and audit readiness Lead preparation for DDD audits, PRC meetings, and QA reviews Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Build schedules, ensure coverage, and manage team performance Lead trainings, disciplinary actions, and professional development Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork Member Care Excellence Implement and monitor PCSPs, ISPs, and Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs) Ensure accurate behavioral tracking and documentation Coordinate medical, therapeutic, and behavioral services Maintain strong communication with guardians, DDD, and external providers Operations & Facility Oversight Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant home environment Oversee vehicle safety, fire drills, inspections, and logs Manage household inventory, supplies, and petty cash What You Bring Required Experience 1+ years of DDD supervisory or management experience Strong working knowledge of: DDD Provider Manual HCBS Rules Valid Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable 39-month record Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on‑call rotation Certifications (Required or Willingness to Obtain) CPR / First Aid Article 9 Prevention & Support Abuse & Neglect TB Clearance Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card What Sets You Apart You lead from the front—not just behind a desk You’re detail‑oriented and confident in compliance You can hold staff accountable while building a strong team culture You stay calm, organized, and decisive under pressure You’re passionate about serving individuals with developmental disabilities Work Environment Active, hands‑on group home setting Combination of leadership, fieldwork, and administrative responsibilities May require lifting up to 50 lbs and providing direct support when needed Our Culture At VEMA, we operate by one standard: “Good enough for me.” That means: We take ownership We lead by example We never compromise on care or compliance If you’re an experienced DDD leader ready to step into a high-impact, growth-focused role, we want to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr VEMA Corporation
