Senior HSE Specialist

Key Responsibilities Partner with TDW leadership to ensure alignment on HSE Plans and Goals. Provide HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all functional groups. Develop HSE processes and procedures and ensure implementation and standardization across multiple facilities. Audit and evaluate HSE programs and processes; issue recommendations; implement changes; and monitor outcomes. Track company health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and reduce risk. Work closely with leadership on facility improvements, equipment design, maintenance, and hazard assessments. Assist in all aspects of incident investigation, including implementation of preventative actions. Lead the success of all regional and service center HSE performance targets. Participate in strategic and tactical planning and support of HSE initiatives. Maintain all Federal, State, and Local permits. Prepare and submit regulatory agency submissions, including Tier 2, TRI, Emissions Inventory, and Stormwater. Ensure emergency response systems, policies, and procedures are in place to manage emergency situations. Work with Risk Management to manage workers’ compensation claims. Travel to service Centers within the region (25%). Manage budget for HSE activities. Other duties as assigned. Experience Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in HSE. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong interpersonal skills.
