Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major building renovation and site improvement project. This is a hands‑on, on‑site leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and can drive a project from mobilization through closeout while keeping schedule, quality, and safety front and center. What You'll Do Serve as the on-the-ground leader for daily field operations, keeping subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and inspectors aligned and moving toward project milestones Track construction progress and materials against quality benchmarks throughout each project phase Set the tone for jobsite culture — championing safety practices, schedule discipline, and workmanship standards Hold the project accountable to industry-standard construction practices and specifications Act as the primary point of contact for client updates, questions, and issue resolution Offer sound technical judgment and hands‑on guidance to the project team as challenges arise What You Bring A four-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline A decade or more (10-15 years) of hands‑on construction project management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery Demonstrated ability to lead a jobsite — balancing scheduling demands, safety requirements, and quality control simultaneously Solid background in building/vertical construction; experience with parks or outdoor/site work projects is a strong plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership abilities Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Collaborative, growth-oriented work environment Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
