As our Manufacturing Plant Electrician, you’ll safeguard uptime, enable continuous improvement, and help teammates succeed in a fast-moving environment. Choose an early or later start to fit your life — first-shift hours are flexible.

The Impact You’ll Make

Keep critical industrial electrical systems operating at peak performance.
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Execute proactive inspections and preventive maintenance plans.
Leverage blueprints, schematics, and drawings to plan and carry out work precisely.
Champion safety and partner across teams to meet industry standards and best practices.
Create thorough documentation of maintenance and repairs.
Maintain current knowledge of codes and safety regulations.

What Sets You Apart

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program preferred.
Electrician’s license or certification in the state of Kentucky.
Demonstrated experience as an industrial or plant electrician.
Expertise in wiring, power distribution, and systematic troubleshooting.
Comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.
Meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and a safety-first approach.
