Senior HVAC Service Technician

Kevin's Plumbing & Heating is expanding our search for experienced HVAC professionals throughout central North Dakota. Our operation is based in Minot, North Dakota , and we're interested in connecting with skilled HVAC technicians from the Bismarck area who are open to commuting or relocating for the right long-term opportunity. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Repair and replace HVAC components as needed Explain repair recommendations and solutions to customers Complete accurate work orders and service documentation Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Qualifications EPA Certification required Three or more years of HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation & Benefits $26.00-$32.00 per hour , depending on experience Daily overtime opportunities Company vehicle Company-provided tools and equipment Uniforms with laundry service Single-paid medical insurance Dental and vision coverage Simple IRA with 3% company match Paid holidays Paid time off beginning on day one Continuing education and manufacturer training Modern work order software Experienced office support If you're ready to take the next step in your HVAC career with an established North Dakota company, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
