Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care in a family-centered environment
• Perform triage assessments and manage labor and delivery patients
• Deliver postpartum care and support to patients and newborns
• Assist with GYN surgical care as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure medically safe, patient-centered outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)
• Experience in Triage, Labor and Delivery, and Postpartum required; Nursery experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS certification preferred
• STABLE program certification preferred
• Perinatal-related RNC certification preferred
• Previous experience in stabilization of high-risk neonates and basic fetal monitoring skills preferred
