We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options. 

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
• Visit a set number of business each week to create new Centers of Influence
• Visit a set number of business each week to maintain Centers of Influence
• Attend Community Events
• Attend Business Association meeting
• Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
• Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
