Survey Project Manager - Southborough, MA

Yoh has an exciting, full-time opportunity for a Survey Project Manager to oversee survey operations for our Civil Engineering client. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of overall surveying experience and live within a commutable distance to the Southborough, MA office for an onsite environment. The role includes the following responsibilities and qualifications. Responsibilities Conduct meticulous quality assessments of all survey documentation, including plans, plots, descriptions, and title reports, while overseeing construction layout services. Provide comprehensive weekly progress and status updates on project deliverables to all stakeholders and management personnel. Lead the execution of surveying activities, including overseeing staff, technical resources, and client interactions across multiple projects. Initiate and implement rigorous quality control measures, safety protocols, and assurance procedures. Articulate the company’s Integrated Business Model adeptly in business development dialogues, both written and verbal. Lead and actively engage in business expansion initiatives to cultivate partnerships with new and existing clients. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster enduring relationships. Monitor project budgets diligently, ensuring accountability for project profitability. Prepare and review project billing reports for timely monthly invoicing, collaborating closely with accounting on accounts receivable. Foster and nurture the company’s market presence and leadership. Champion team development initiatives and oversee contract preparation. Strive to surpass client expectations and foster enduring relationships. Exhibit commitment and flexibility to accommodate the necessary work hours. Qualifications Distinguished track record of business development and leadership. At least 8 years of surveying experience with a preference for PLS certification. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Excellent communication, diplomacy, and listening skills; ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proficiency in interpreting complex documents and drawings. Strong computer skills with technical software, spreadsheets, and business applications. Driven and goal‑oriented mindset. Estimated minimum rate: $112,000.00. Estimated maximum rate: $160,000.00.
