Owning the execution and growth of paid advertising campaigns, the full-time remote Paid Advertising Strategist will manage client budgets, optimize performance across various platforms, and provide strategic insights to drive business success. Key responsibilities: Full ownership of performance marketing via paid social and paid media platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads Lead campaign optimizations and manage client budgets while communicating strategy and performance insights internally and to clients Execute performance reporting and facilitate collaboration with team specialists to enhance campaign effectiveness Required qualifications: 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Response marketing, particularly in E-Commerce or Lead Generation Hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing and campaign development processes Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media within it
