IT Team Lead

To support a Geographic Information System (GIS) team, the full-time IT Team Lead will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of modernization IT projects, facilitate collaboration with federal stakeholders, and mentor cross-functional team members, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of modernization IT projects from planning to deployment Facilitating weekly meetings with senior Federal staff to align on project progress Developing and managing strong relationships with federal stakeholders to ensure project success Required qualifications Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance 5+ years of related experience managing IT/technology projects Experience managing technical and strategy teams in data science, analytics, and management Proficiency in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
