This position requires you to have a valid drivers license and a valid MA Pesticide Applicator License. If you do not already have your MA Pesticide Applicators License, you must be willing to obtain one within 3 months of hire (the company will assist candidate with this process and have options for reimbursement)

As a turf and plant care technician, your duties include but aren't limited to:

• Evaluating the condition of lawn, plants, shrubs, trees etc. and treating them as needed
• Applying pesticides, herbicides, tick and mosquito spray and fertilizers
• Tree spray and fertilizer
• Aeration and overseeding
• Lawn rejuvenation
• Slice seeding
• Assisting with other seasonal landscape operations as needed between busy seasons
• Assisting with snow plowing and other snow services during the winter months

Requirements

• Be able to lift 50lbs. on a regular basis
• Be willing to work in inclement weather
• Have the ability to work independently with good time management skills
• Be willing and able to communicate effectively with customers and team
• Have a team oriented focus
• Have a valid drivers license
• Have or be willing to obtain your MA Pesticide Applicator License within 3 months of hire

Compensation determined by experience.
