Service Technician II

Job Overview This role is a Property Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and beautiful for residents. What You'll Do Handle a wide range of repairs, from plumbing, electrical, HVAC, to appliance maintenance, and complete make‑readies for incoming residents. Ensure the property looks its best by completing painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, working a rotating on‑call schedule as needed. Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape. Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally. What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs; certifications are a plus. Valid Driver’s License. Comfortable using work‑order systems or mobile apps to track tasks. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
