Introduction This AAHA accredited animal hospital in Denver, Colorado is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian to join its established team providing both general practice and urgent care services. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care across both general practice and urgent care cases, including diagnostics, treatment planning, preventive medicine, and management of urgent and emergent presentations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records using SOAP templates, educating clients on wellness and preventive care, building strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with the hospital team to support a positive and team-oriented culture. The role also includes supporting hospital objectives and engaging with the local community. The hospital is seeking a veterinarian committed to high-quality medicine, compassionate communication, and collaborative care. Practice Details The hospital provides both general practice and urgent care services within a collaborative and patient-focused environment. The practice emphasizes preventive medicine, open communication, and strong partnerships between doctors, staff, and clients. The facility is equipped to support comprehensive veterinary care and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with dedicated urgent care hours on Saturdays from 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Team The hospital currently has a team of nine veterinarians working alongside a collaborative support staff committed to delivering compassionate and professional care.
