Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas to help us in our brand new location which we expect will open August of 2026: 15122 Bear Valley Rd. Victorville, CA 92395

Compensation: Base pay is $17 per hour. You will earn tips once the new location is open to the public.

Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business:

• Cashier - Point of Sale
• Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
• Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
• Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
• Back of House - Cooking & Prepping

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
