Client Associate

Your role We're looking for a Client Associate who services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on account services and capabilities Input data into financial planning tools Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests Key Deliverables Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients Maintain management systems with up-to-date client information Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide team with a calendar detailing daily, weekly, and monthly activities Identify service opportunities for clients Your expertise Client Focus Risk & Professional Behavior Teamwork and Collaboration Integrating Diversity Communication and Impact Drive and Commitment Planning and Organizing Problem Analysis Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 336300BR City Albuquerque Your team You’ll be working in the Albuquerque office.
