Preparing Copies of reports for monthly reporting. Assist with the transmittal of information, replication of information on Shop Drawings, etc. as needed by the Project Management teams Preparing Copies of reports for monthly reporting. Assist with the transmittal of information, replication of information on Shop Drawings, etc. as needed by the Project Management teams Assisting with gathering closeout documents Comparing documents for review against project requirements Ordering plans/specs & picking them up Filling notice of commencements Help call on subs for bid participation Assist management with change order documentation Help in setting up job site utility accounts Help create and distribute training documents fromDM/OM Help check and maintain compliance on insurance, contract executions, and SDSCompile and transfer documents Helps with office organization and arranges for cleanup/maintenance requests as needed Sending out pay applications Assist with drafting purchase orders Qualifications And Requirements Strong organizational skills Works well with varying seniority levels Flexible and Adaptable Self-policing/quality work Customer Focus Excellent follow up capabilities Innovative/Solutions Oriented Sense of urgency/ Self-motivated 4-6 vears previous experience in a supporting role 3+ years previous experience working in construction industry (Required) Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, internet and Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel.
