Car Wash AttendantStore 2743668: 204 Seven Fields Blvd, Seven Fields, Pennsylvania 16046Shift Availability: Days (Weekdays + Weekend Availability Required)Time Type: Part timeJob Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.Field customer inquiries.Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:70% Customer Interaction20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)5% Opening/Closing Procedures5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily DutiesJob Requirements:Excellent communication skills including active listening.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Ability to anticipate customer needs.Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.Ability to work as a team.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.Strong work ethic and professional attitude.Experience:Customer service and some sales experience preferred.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
