Computed Tomography Technologist
The Computed Tomography Technologist performs technical procedures. The Technologist assists in the clinical evaluation and care of patients. This position operates in a fast-paced environment. The role involves trauma and emergency room scanning. The Technologist performs CT exams on outpatients and inpatients. This includes stable patients, those receiving intensive care, and research patients. Specialized CT scan-guided procedures are also part of the responsibilities. The Technologist practices and enforces radiation safety measures. Continued learning and support for teaching others is encouraged. The goal is to create diagnostic images while providing patients with a safe and positive experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Client Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or a limited permit to practice in New York Certifications: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Must-Have: Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
Shift: Sunday - Wednesday Hours per Shift: 10 Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 06/22/2026 End Date: 09/13/2026
