Working alongside experienced IT leaders and engineers, you will support approximately 500 employees across a largely remote workforce while contributing to ongoing technology integration and modernization initiatives. Location & Schedule Hybrid Schedule – Onsite Monday through Wednesday Hybrid flexibility available following onboarding and training Compensation Up to $75,000 for highly qualified candidates Company-sponsored certification and training opportunities Career advancement potential within a growing organization What You'll Do Assist with user account administration, access management, and employee onboarding/offboarding Support cloud environments including Azure and AWS Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed devices and endpoints Support Active Directory / Entra ID identity management processes Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and end‑user technology issues Provide Tier 1–2 support for enterprise applications and corporate technology Perform system monitoring, patching, software updates, and routine maintenance Support endpoint deployment, hardware provisioning, and inventory management Assist with backup processes, disaster recovery activities, and technical documentation Participate in security initiatives, audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance efforts Work with ticketing systems to document and resolve support requests Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure and operational projects Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Bachelor's Degree preferred 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or junior systems administration Experience supporting Windows-based environments Exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management concepts Basic networking knowledge including: TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN technologies Experience with Active Directory and user account administration Experience working within a ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow, etc.) Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Preferred Qualifications CompTIA Network+, Security+, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or similar certifications Experience supporting healthcare or regulated environments Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements Exposure to PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting Experience administering SaaS platforms and enterprise applications Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management concepts Experience with macOS support and device management solutions What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Early in their IT career and eager to learn Highly coachable and adaptable Curious, self-motivated, and resourceful Interested in cloud technologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity Looking for a long‑term career path with growth opportunities Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
