Wellness Director - Registered Nurse

We're looking for a friendly, sympathetic, and compassionate person to take charge of our nursing operations in Salt Lake City, UT and make a widely felt difference as our full-time Wellness Director - Registered Nurse!

Pay: Depending on experience, you'll earn a starting salary of $85,000 per year. We'll also provide you with a $500 signing bonus.

Your impact as our Wellness Director - Registered Nurse:

Working hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some on-call.

You're in charge of our nursing staff and elderly care team, closely leading the day-to-day to make sure our residents' medical needs are properly taken care of. You'll work closely with passionate staff, talented doctors, and involved family members to keep our senior living facility an amazing place to live.

Every morning, you'll touch base with your care team, review treatment plans, and make sure everyone knows what they're doing. You'll coordinate medical appointments, oversee medication administration for accuracy, and assist with nursing duties as needed. In case of a fall or health concern, you jump into action to keep our residents safe!

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• Registered Nurse license
• Caring and sympathetic personality
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach a team of 30 to 40 people

Experience working in a senior living facility would be preferred.
