Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 5x8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-call shifts run 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | On-call rotation includes approximately one evening per week and every 4th weekend (Friday 4:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM), typically for STEMIs or symptomatic NSTEMIs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including circulating and monitoring roles
• Operate and assist with advanced cardiac support devices including Balloon Pump, Impella, Shockwave, and Rotablator
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergent cases such as STEMIs and symptomatic NSTEMIs
• Collaborate with the cardiac care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Float within the hospital and potentially to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA-issued only); must be current at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required; first-time travelers welcome with 2+ years of Cath Lab experience
• Experience in cardiac catheterization, circulating, and monitoring required
• Experience with Balloon Pump, Impella, Shockwave, and Rotablator required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
