Bostonia Public House is a high-volume, vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Boston. Known for our exceptional food, craft cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, we take pride in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Server to join our high-volume restaurant team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team and work in one of Boston’s most exciting dining destinations.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
- Manage multiple tables and guests in a high-volume setting
- Accurately take orders and communicate with kitchen and bar staff
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus, making recommendations and explaining specials
- Process payments and operate POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong food, wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A polished, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and able to perform under pressure
