Associate Sales Representative, Joint Replacement

Associate Sales Representative position supporting joint replacement product sales in surgical and office settings. The role involves case coverage, territory development, and customer education while working within a sales team in the Eugene and Portland areas.
Responsibilities
- Support Joint Replacement Sales Representatives in promoting and selling Stryker products to achieve targets
- Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings and educate medical staff
- Track territory progress, maintain sample inventory, and communicate updates with sales team
- Provide on-call technical support including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain product expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, OR Associate's degree with 2+ years related experience, OR high school diploma with 4+ years related experience, OR 4+ years active military service
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Medical background or B2B sales experience preferred
- Team leadership experience or sales internship preferred
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base/draw plus commission and potential bonuses
