Job Description

An established manufacturing company is seeking a  Facilities Maintenance Associate to support the day-to-day maintenance and reliability of its facility, utility systems, equipment, and grounds. This position performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while responding to equipment and facility issues that could impact operations. The Facilities Maintenance Associate will also support improvement projects, coordinate with contractors, and help maintain a safe, professional work environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day facility and equipment repairs to support continuous production operations.
• Complete preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on utility systems, building systems, and production equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, facility emergencies, and production downtime situations in a timely manner.
• Support facility improvement and capital projects, including coordinating contractors and assisting with equipment or workspace installations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Knowledge of facility and utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water, sewer, and natural gas systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and assist with repairs involving facility systems, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Ability to respond to emergency facility or production-related maintenance needs as required.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, maintenance personnel, and other departments.

The base pay range for this position is $20–$25 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
