Hotel Sales Coordinator

What You’ll Handle As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support hotel revenue by keeping group and event sales organized, responsive, and guest-ready. This role matters because you help turn inquiries into confirmed business and ensure details are tracked accurately from first contact through follow-up. Key Responsibilities Include Responding to sales inquiries and coordinating group/event bookings Maintaining clear records, calendars, and client details Assisting with marketing efforts that promote the hotel to local and regional customers Partnering with operations to ensure event information is communicated and executed smoothly Required Qualifications/skills Strong phone and email communication with a service-first mindset Solid organization, accuracy, and follow-through Comfort juggling multiple requests in a fast-paced setting Availability for days, nights, and weekends as scheduled A Typical Shift You’ll start by checking messages, updating the group and event calendar, and confirming upcoming details. During the day you’ll take sales calls, coordinate bookings, and stay in touch with clients so nothing is missed. When events are on-site, you’ll help with setup and teardown and remain available in case guests need support.
