Pre Kindergarten Teacher (Experienced)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pre‑K Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about preparing children for kindergarten while creating a classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn each day. What You’ll Do Create a fun, nurturing, and engaging classroom for children ages 4–5 Plan and implement age‑appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence Prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten success Encourage creativity, problem‑solving, independence, and teamwork Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers Use positive guidance techniques to support behavior and emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed early childhood center Strong understanding of child development and preschool learning standards Passion for teaching and making a difference in children’s lives Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent attendance Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Experience with Frog Street Curriculum and Conscious Discipline is a plus Compensation $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on education and experience.
