Step Into a Day on the Line

When your shift begins, you’ll power up, configure, and verify multiple belt draw towers under close supervision. You’ll stage materials, dial in settings, and bring each line to spec before running them in parallel. Throughout the shift, you’ll watch indicators, listen for changes, and feel for irregularities—performing visual and mechanical checks to confirm every product meets defined process specifications. If something seems off, you’ll promptly refer the product to more experienced operators for a second look.

Between runs, you’ll complete routine equipment inspections and light preventive maintenance to keep uptime high. You’ll practice strong 5S habits so the area stays clean, safe, and organized. You’ll track utilization and standard times, ensuring your work meets target rates without compromising quality.

Accuracy matters: you’ll enter transactions into Database/SAP, and you’ll keep daily documentation—labor sheets and routers—clear and current. Safety anchors everything you do, from PPE to procedures, as you observe and follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety rules.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate multiple belt draw towers simultaneously under close supervision.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections against process specifications; escalate questionable product to experienced operators.
• Perform routine machine/equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in line with the 5S program.
• Meet utilization targets and standard times.
• Accurately record Database/SAP transactions.
• Complete daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a team-first approach.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
