Job Description:

We are looking for a Full-Time Server who is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to long-term employment (at least one year). This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly communicative, and a natural salesperson who can upsell menu items and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
✅ Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into Toast POS
✅ Be a strong salesperson by upselling menu items, specials, and add-ons to enhance guest experience
✅ Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions with confidence
✅ Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
✅ Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
✅ Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
✅ Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
✅ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
✅ Complete a daily checklist of tasks to maintain efficiency
✅ Utilize team communication tools, including WhatsApp group chats, to stay updated
✅ Work with digital programs such as Toast POS, OpenTable reservations, WhatsApp chat sessions, and any additional software introduced
✅ Take initiative in problem-solving and contribute ideas to improve service operations
✅ Demonstrate a long-term commitment to growing with KÖY Grill

Requirements:

???? Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays with food and drinks
???? Must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
