Physical Therapist - Part-time

Role Overview: This position involves evaluating and treating patients primarily in rehab and LTAC hospitals, with responsibilities including documentation, patient and staff education, communication with medical teams, equipment management, and vendor interactions. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and discharge evaluations, develop treatment plans, set goals, and document progress. Provide timely, effective therapy to meet functional goals. Identify educational needs and offer PRN therapy as needed. Participate as a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary team. Serve as a clinical instructor or mentor for interns. Engage in hospital and discipline-specific skills assessments. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
