Land Rover Master Technician Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.
• Efficiently identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend needed services.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Stay current on Land Rover technologies, service procedures, and training requirements.

Land Rover Master Technician Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Land Rover Technician or Master Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of Land Rover systems, electronics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Land Rover factory certifications strongly preferred.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
