As a Product Manager on the Line of Business (LOB) Enablement team supporting the Card and Retail LOBs, you aren’t just managing a product—you are building the bridge between visionary business intent and high-velocity engineering execution. Salary McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Cambridge, MA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
