Applicants will be among the first 25 selected for this role. Pay Range Base pay: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr. Salary will be based on your skills and experience. Discuss with recruiter. Job Overview Contract-to-hire with potential for a long‑term career. Heavy training – approximately 6 months before working independently. Responsibilities & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of work experience in manufacturing or a related field. Experience with Dynamometer Testing and Lab Operations Setup. Experience with AVL, Horiba, or Burke Porter systems. Understanding of Global Manufacturing System principles. Able to work independently after a 6‑month training period. Not over‑qualified (e.g., >4 years of experience or a high‑level degree).
