Responsibilities & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of work experience in manufacturing or a related field. Experience with Dynamometer Testing and Lab Operations Setup. Experience with AVL, Horiba, or Burke Porter systems. Understanding of Global Manufacturing System principles. Able to work independently after a 6‑month training period. Not over‑qualified (e.g., >4 years of experience or a high‑level degree).
