About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our 24/7 nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will be a key member of our interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans. Your strong leadership skills and clinical expertise will enable you to motivate and support your team, while your empathetic and compassionate approach will help our patients and families feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met with excellence and efficiency.
• Clinical Excellence: Provide exemplary clinical care to our patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their care plans.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
