Weekends Required as Scheduled
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Maid360 is hiring professional cleaners to join our daytime team servicing residential homes, apartment communities, and Airbnb properties.
- All work is performed in person at client locations.
- Paid on-site training is provided.
- Cleaners must remain on-site until assigned jobs are completed.
DAYTIME CLEANING
- Residential home cleaning
- Apartment complex common area cleaning
- Apartment move-out cleanings
- Airbnb / short-term rental turnovers
Typical Schedule
- Start times vary depending on the day’s assignments.
- Apartment common area cleanings may begin as early as 7:00 AM.
- Most residential home cleanings begin around 9:00 AM.
- Airbnb turnovers typically occur between 11:00 AM–3:00/4:00 PM.
- End times vary based on the number and size of scheduled jobs.
- Weekend availability is required as scheduled.
- This position is ideal for dependable cleaners who are flexible and comfortable with a variety of daytime cleaning assignments.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Up to $35 an hour for top cleaners
- Weekly pay
- Quick Pay option (one early cash-out available per pay period)
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- Keep 100% of tips (where applicable)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform detailed cleanings according to Maid360 standards
- Follow company checklists and job instructions
- Communicate clearly with management
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Remain on-site until assigned work is completed
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional cleaning experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working a flexible daytime schedule
- Weekend availability is required as scheduled
