Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Skilled Nursing Facility Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with our residents to help them improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain function. You will play a vital role in our residents' overall well‑being and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each resident Provide hands‑on therapy to residents, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques Monitor and document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate residents and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for residents Stay up‑to‑date on the latest research and techniques in physical therapy Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ethical standards in your practice Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care Working Hours and Compensation This is a full‑time position with 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required. The salary range for this position is $44.08-48.44 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
