What You'll Do

• Evaluatepatients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities
• Developindividualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provideevidence-based physical therapy to restore function, improve mobility, andreduce pain
• Monitorpatient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educatepatients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, equipment use,injury prevention, and recovery
• SupervisePTAs and support staff
• Completetimely documentation and billing in EPIC
• Collaboratewith physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patientcare
• Participatein quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduateof an accredited Physical Therapy program
• CurrentState Physical Therapist license
• CurrentBLS/CPR certification
• Previoushealthcare or hospital experience preferred; new graduates are encouragedto apply
