Overview The OR Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during the surgical phase, coordinating with the health team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role acts as a patient advocate in the operating room. Requires strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Admission, recovery, and discharge of surgical patients. Hours flexible to daily surgery schedule. Ability to function independently and strong decision‑making skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
