Who We’re Looking For We want Team Members who are: Energetic, positive, and passionate about guest experience Ready to learn, grow, and take ownership of tasks Team-oriented, but also able to work independently when needed Good communicators, with a friendly “guest comes first” mindset Reliable and flexible — able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities & Key Duties As a Team Member, you’ll help ensure the store runs smoothly and every guest leaves happier than when they walked in. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Greet Guests warmly, engage with them, offer guidance or suggestions (e.g. smoothie flavors or nutrition options) Blend smoothies & prepare other fan favorites following recipe standards to ensure quality and consistency Operate POS/register, ring up sales, handle cash/credit transactions accurately Prep ingredients: fruits, veggies, powders, liquids, frozen components — ensuring freshness and proper rotation Restock supplies, portion sizes, maintain adequate inventory of frequently used items Maintain cleanliness: wash dishes, sanitize equipment and surfaces, mop floors, clean restrooms and/or dining areas Perform opening and/or closing duties: setting up stations, shutting down equipment, counting cash, securing store Follow the store’s daily checklist / cleaning schedule / food safety & sanitation policies Assist teammates during busy times, help where needed (teamwork) Be punctual, dressed in uniform, ready for work with a great attitude Qualifications What you must have: At least 16 years old (adjust if local laws or store rules): must be able to work legally in the U.S. Reliable transportation to get to work (as shifts may vary) Willingness to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (stock, ingredients), and work in a fast-paced environment What’s a plus (but not required): Previous experience in food service, cafes, smoothie bars, or quick service restaurants Prior cash handling or POS/register experience Basic math skills, ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines precisely Soft skills: patience under pressure, positive attitude, good communication, ability to multi-task What We Offer To attract and retain great people, you should consider highlighting perks and benefits.
