UX Developer Job Responsibilities Design and Develop User Interfaces Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide development. Implement responsive and accessible designs using modern front-end frameworks. Enhance User Experience Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and seamless interaction. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals. Provide design feedback and ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms. Stay current with UX best practices. Research and adopt the latest UX design tools, trends, and methodologies. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization. Education, Licensure & Certifications Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. Skills & Experience: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
