McDonald's Works for Me Shift Manager – responsible for leading daily shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing crew performance. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to provide a smooth hand‑over. Ensure goals are met during shifts and assist assigned departments in reaching theirs. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, a passion for a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage a corporate‑owned restaurant.
