Outpatient Orthopedics | Choose Your Home Clinic (No Float/Travel)

We are hiring dedicated, full-time Physical Therapists for individual, clinic-based roles across the Bay Area. This is not a float or travel position — you'll select one clinic as your home base and remain there.

Salary & Incentives:

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)
• Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 (varies by clinic and starting salary)
• Total earning potential: $140,000 - $160,000 + annually based on experience and performance

Clinic Details:

Our Bay Area clinics provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care tailored to each community's needs. Services may include:

• Orthopedic & sports therapy
• Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation
• Acute & chronic rehab
• Pre-/post-operative care
• Return-to-sport & return-to-work programs
• Spine, TMJ, vestibular & other specialty treatments (clinic-specific)

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehab
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention
• Accurately document care in EMR systems
• Participate in clinical mentorship and ongoing education
• Collaborate with team members for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California PT license (or eligible to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for outpatient ortho and patient-centered care
