BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar in Douglasville, GA, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for leadership, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:As a Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the best smoothie and juice experience possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff alike.
- Preparing and serving delicious smoothies and juices while adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring the workspace is clean and organized.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Leading by example and fostering teamwork to achieve daily goals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for health, wellness, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
